Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan produktivitas PT. Indomaju Textindo. Kinerja yang terdapat di PT. Indomaju Textindo kurang optimal. Kinerja yang baik pada umumnya dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi karyawan, dan budaya oraganisasi yang ada di PT. Indomaju Textindo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi karyawan, dan budaya oraganisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi PT. Indomaju Textindo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan produksi PT. Indomaju Textindo yaitu sebanyak 449 karyawan produksi. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil sejumlah 63 karyawan produksi yang diperoleh dari rumus Slovin dengan taraf tingkat kesalahan sebesar 10%. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif presentase, dan analisis uji hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS release 16.0 for windows. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 3,904 + 0,209Fk + 0,196Lk+ 0,319Kk + 0,105Bo. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dengan uji F, diperoleh Fhitung = 9,337 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti lebih kecil dari 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama dari fasilitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi karyawan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi PT. Indomaju Textindo adalah sebesar 35%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial atau satu per satu untuk fasilitas kerja yaitu sebesar 27,2%, lingkungan kerja sebesar 32,6%, kompetensi karyawan sebesar 47,9% dan budaya organisasi sebesar 27,8%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan fasilitas kerja, lingkungan kerja, kompetensi karyawan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan produksi PT. Indomaju Textindo secara simultan. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah diharapkan kepada karyawan produksi untuk lebih mandiri dalam mengerjakan tugas, diharapkan perusahaan menyediakan fasilitas kerja yang dapat mendukung kinerja karyawan, dan diharapkan karyawan produksi dapat meningkatkan knowledge (pengetahuan). Population in this research is all employees of production of Indomaju Textindo Ltd by of 449 employees of production. Data analysis used multiple linier regression analysis method, classic assumption test analysis, descriptive percentage analysis, and hypothesis test analysis with the help of SPSS release 16.0 for windows. Results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 3.904 + 0,209Fk + 0,196Lk+ 0,319Kk + 0,105Bo. Test the significance of regression equation with F test, obtained Fhitung = 9,337 with significance value 0.000 which mean smaller than 0,05. The amount of influence simultaneously or together from work facilities, work environment, employee competence and organizational culture affect simultaneously to the performance of production employees of PT. Indomaju Textindo is 35%. While the influence of partial or one by one for work facility that is equal to 27,2%, work environment equal to 32,6%, employee competence equal to 47,9% and organizational culture equal to 27,8%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are positive and significant influences of work facilities, work environment, employee competence and organizational culture on the performance of production employees of PT. Indomaju Textindo simultaneously. It is suggested to production employee to be more independent in doing the job and possibly to ovoercome the problems of work.
