Abstract

Kinerja perangkat desa merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kemajuan Kantor Desa di Kecamatan Sukorejo. Kinerja yang berada di Kantor Desa se- Kecamatan Sukorejo kurang optimal dikarenakan kurangnya ketepatan waktu dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan yang ada. Kinerja yang baik tentunya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti kepemimpinan kepala desa, fasilitas kantor, dan kompensasi yang ada di Kantor Desa se- Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala desa, fasilitas kantor, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja perangkat desa se- Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perangkat desa di lingkup wilayah Kecamatan Sukorejo yaitu sebanyak 166 perangkat desa. Sedangkan sampel yang diambil sejumlah 62 perangkat desa yang diperoleh dari rumus Slovin dengan taraf kesalahan sebesar 10%. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisi regresi linear berganda, analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisi deskriptif persentase, dan analisis uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS 21. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh persamaan Y= 0,611 + 0,448 X1 + 0,386 X2 + 0,206 X3. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dengan uji F, diperoleh Fhitung = 12,186 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,005. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama dari kepemimpinan kepala desa, fasilitas kantor, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja perangkat desa yaitu sebesar 35,5%. Sedangkan pengaruh secara parsial atau sendiri-sendiri untuk kepemimpinan kepala desa yaitu sebesar 17,80%, fasilitas kantor sebesar 23,04%, dan kompensasi yatiu sebesar 6,35%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala desa, fasilitas kantor, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja perangkat desa se- Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal secara simultan. Saran dalam penelitian ini adalah disarankan kepada pimpinan untuk lebih memberikan saran dan masukan atau masalah lainnya, pemerintah untuk meningkatkan fasilitas kantor, dan lebih memperhatikan kesejahteraan pegawainya. The performance of the village apparatus was one of the factors affecting the progress of the Village Office in sub-district Sukorejo. The performance in the Sukorejo Village Office wa less optimal due to the lack of timeliness in the completion of the exixting work. A good performance was surely influenced by several factors such as the leadership of the village head, office facilities, and compensation in the Village Office in Sukorejo Sub-district, Kendal Regency. The aims of this research were to know the influence of the leadership of the head of village, office facilities, and compensation on performance of village apparatus of Sukorejo Sub-disrict of Kendal Regency. The population in this study was all the village apparatus in the scope of Sukorejo District that was about 166 village apparatus. While the sample taken a number of 62 apparatus obtained from the Slovin formula wit an error rate of 10%. Data collection method used in this research, which use questionnaire. The data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis method, classic assumption test analysis, percentage descriptive analysis, and hypothesis test analysis with the help of SPSS 21 programs. The finding shows the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 0,611 + 0,448 X1 + 0,386 X2 + 0,206 X3. Test of significance of regression equation with F test, obtained count = 14,119 with significance 0.000 and less than 0,005. The amount of influence simultaneously or together from the leadership of the head of village, office facilities, and compensation for the performance of the village apparatus was 35.5%. While influence in partial or individually for the leadership of the head of village was 17.80%, office facilities 23,04%, and compensation 6.35%. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of the leadership the head of village, office facilities, and compensation on the performance of the village apparatus of Sukorejo District Kendal simultaneously. Suggestions drawn from this study was that suggested to the leadership to provide more suggestions and inputs or other problems, the government to improve office facilities, and pay more attention to the welfare of its employees.
