Abstract

Menurut data International Labour Organization (ILO), di seluruh dunia terjadi lebih dari 337 juta kecelakaan dalam pekerjaan per tahun. Tujuan adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi hasil identifikasi potensi bahaya kerja pada jalur 1,2 dan 4 Unit Tiang Pancang. Metode jenis dan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triagulasi. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan dari analisis dokumen hasil identifikasi dan pengamatan di jalur 1,2 dan 4 unit tiang pancang serta implementasi hasil identifikasi. Potensi bahaya yang terdapat yaitu 92 potensi bahaya kerja yaitu Persiapan tulangan terdapat 7 potensi, persiapan cetakan 5 potensi, perakitan tulangan 9 potensi, pembuatan adukan beton 9 potensi, pengecoran beton terdapat 8 potensi, penarikan tulangan 16 potensi, pemadatan beton 7 potensi, penguapan beton 5 potensi, pembukaan cetakan 10 potensi, penandaan produk 5 potensi, penumpukan produk 7 potensi, Finishing terdapat 9 potensi. Kesimpulannya adalah bahwa berdasarkan dari 92 potensi bahaya kerja dari pengendalian yang sudah dilakukan terdapat 7 pengendalian yang tidak sesuai dengan yang ada dilapangan. The purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of the results of identification of potential occupational hazards in the path 1,2 and 4 Unit Pole Stake In PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk Boyolali. This research uses descriptive and qualitative research design. Test the validity of the data using techniques triagulasi. The results of this study based on the outcome document of identification and identification of potential on the line 1,2 and 4 units of the stake and the implementation of the identification results. Potential hazards are that 98 potential hazards ie Preparation of reinforcement are 7 potential hazards of the work, the preparation of the mold 5 potential, assembly reinforcement 9 potency, manufacturing of concrete mix 9 potential casting of concrete there are eight potential occupational hazards, withdrawal of reinforcement 16 potential, compacting concrete 7 potential , evaporation of concrete 5 potential, the potential opening of the mold 10, marking five potential products, product buildup 7 potential, there are nine potential Finishing. The conclusion from this study is that it is based on 92 potential hazards of control that has been conducted there were 14 control that does not comply with the existing field of each process flow. Suggested to every leader section to adjust the control of the document and in the field, especially in jobs that have a high level of risk and workers are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when working.
