Abstract

Demam Berdarah Dengue merupakan penyakit yang menjadi masalah kesehatan utama masyarakat Internasional. Hasil angka bebas jentik di Kecamatan Tembalang masih dibawah standar (< 95%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi peran kader jumantik dalam upaya peningkatan angka bebas jentik di wilayah kerja Puskesmas rowosari. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan metode survei ini menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional dengan melibatkan 85 sebagai sampel secara proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara sikap (p = 0,00), motivasi (p = 0,00), beban kerja (p = 0,00), supervisi (p = 0,00) dan imbalan (p = 0,00) dengan peran kader jumantik. Sementara itu pengetahuan (p = 0,717) dan sarana (p = 1,000) tidak berhubungan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara sikap, motivasi, beban kerja, supervisi dan imbalan dengan peran kader jumantik, sedangkan pengetahuan dan sarana tidak berhubungan. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever was a disease that became the major health problem of international society. The results of larvae-free index in Kecamatan Tembalang was below standard (<95%). The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting to role of kader jumantik (mosquito larvae surveillance team) as an effort to increase larvae-free index in the working area of Puskesmas Rowosari. The research was analytical of survey method used cross sectional approach involved 85 sample with proportional random sampling. Result of this study, there were relation among attitude (p = 0,00), motivation (p = 0,00), workload (p = 0,00), supervision (p = 0,00) and rewards (p = 0,00) with the role of jumantik (mosquito larvae surveillance team). Meanwhile, there were no relation among knowledge (p = 0,717), and facilities (p = 1,000). The conclusion, there are relation among attitude, motivation, workload, supervision and rewards with the role kader jumantik (mosquito larvae surveillance team), while knowledge and facilities had no relation.
