Abstract

Quality of education relates to the quality of teachers and education personnel, principals, supervisors, teaching curriculum, teaching methods, teaching materials, teaching aids and school management. These six elements are interrelated in an effort to improve the quality of education. This study aims to determine the influence of management curriculum to student learning outcomes, determine the influence of teacher performance on student learning outcomes and determine the influence of curriculum management and performance of teachers together toward student learning outcomes.Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression techniques or two predictors linear regression using SPSS 16:00 .The results of this study are: (1) The effect of curriculum management on student learning outcome was 24.4%. (2 The effect of teacher performance on student learning outcome was 26.9%. (3) The effect of curriculum management and teacher performance on student learning outcome was 12.8%.Based on the analysis of research data, the authors suggest to all educational institutions in order to improve the management of the curriculum for the achievement of student learning outcomes in accordance with the wishes of customers. All teachers are expected to further improve its performance so that students have a satisfactory learning outcomes. Based on these results the authors suggest that it could examine the factors that affect student learning
