Abstract

Planning building structure must be appropriate with the rule that is made by SNI. Apartement and Hotel of Candiland are buildings of apartement and hotel that is built from 3rd of November 2014 until 3rd of May 2016. In planning building structure, there are method and guide of construction in different rules, one of them is activity of Candiland apartement and hotel that is designed with the precast method and metal system of single and double directions. The design of apartement and hotel of Candiland Tower B Semarang will be redesigned using steel deck metal. From metal method that is designed firstly by halfslab. Planning steel deck metal system used observing calculation of single direction in the shortest direction of metal and this redesign was based on the new rules, they are (1726:2012) Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung, (SNI 1727:2013) Beban Minimum Untuk Perancangan Bangunan Gedung dan Struktur Lain, (SNI 2847:2013) Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung, and (SNI 2052:2014) Baja Tulangan Beton. Calculation of element structure in this design is helped with calculation of SAPv2000 aplication program (Structure analysis program) and PCA-COL for top structure such as block, coulumn, metal, stair, and friction wall. For bottom structure like foundation, it is helped with AFES V 3.0 program. The result of this discussion compares how the estimation of building cost in first design and redesign is. It also compares RKS (Rencana Kerja dan Syaratsyarat) and how the differences of construction method between halfslab and steeldeck system are. The estimation result of design cost is 1,114,580,540.90 rupiahs, and cost of after redesign using Harga Satuan Pekerjaan in edition of March 2016 is 1,737,063,631 rupiahs.
