Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang kaitanya dalam berkonstribusi pada peningkatan kebugaran jasmani masih berjalan kurang optimal. Hal ini berdasarkan observasi yang dilakukan dan permasalahan yang muncul antara lain : 1) pembelajaran masih kurang optimal dan minim pembaharuan, 2) materi yang diajarkan setiap semester sama yaitu lari, dan 3) pembelajaran dilakukan tidak sesuai kompetensi dasar yang sudah tercantum pada KTSP yang diterapkan di sekolah. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah “bagaimana pengembangan model permainan SRD (Spider Run Dance) dalam pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani bagi siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhturi Kabupaten Tegal ?”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk model permainan SRD (Spider Run Dance) dalam pembelajaran kebugaran jasmani bagi siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhturi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang mengacu pada model pengembangan dari Brog dan Gall, dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut : 1) melakukan analisis kebutuhan dari hasil observasi lapangan, wawancara dan kajian pustaka, 2) mengembangkan produk awal, 3) evaluasi ahli penjas dan ahli pembelajaran penjas, serta uji coba I (N=16), 4) revisi produk awal, 5) uji coba II (N=34), 6) revisi produk akhir, 7) hasil akhir model permainan SRD (Spider Run Dance). Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhturi. Data berupa hasil penilaian mengenai kualitas produk, saran untuk perbaikan produk, dan hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang diperoleh dari evaluasi ahli (satu ahli penjas dan satu ahli pembelajaran), uji coba I, dan uji II. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif prosentase untuk mengungkap aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor siswa yang telah menggunakan produk. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu data validasi satu ahli Penjas dan satu ahli Pembelajaran pada produk awal sebelum uji coba I, pada uji coba I, dan uji coba II, rata-rata hasil penilaian yaitu ahli penjas 80,87% (baik) dan ahli pembelajaran 82,19% (baik), dari uji coba I didapat hasil kuesioner rata-rata prosentase pilihan jawaban yang sesuai 84,99% (baik). Sedangkan untuk uji coba II dari hasil kuesioner rata-rata persentase pilihan jawaban yang sesuai 89,79% (baik). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model permainan SRD (Spider Run Dance) ini layak dipakai untuk pembelajaran penjasorkes dalam mencapai kebugaran jasmani bagi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Dukuhturi. Dapat disarankan bagi guru penjasorkes agar model permainan ini dapat menjadi alternatif penyampaian pembelajaran penjasorkes yang variatif dan rekreatif serta diharapkan dapat memelihara kebugaran jasmani siswa-siswi di sekolah ---------- The background of this research is a learning process in relation physical education contribute to the improvement of physical fitness is still running less than optimal. The problem in this research is "how the development model of the game SRD (Spider Run Dance) in study of physical fitness for students of class VIII public junior high school 1 Dukuhturi Tegal Regency ?". This study aims to produce models of game SRD (Spider Run Dance) in study of physical fitness for students of class VIII public junior high school 1 Dukuhturi Tegal Regency. This research is a development which refers to the model of development of Brog and Gall, with steps as follows: 1) conduct a needs analysis of the results of field observation, interviews and review of the literature, 2) develop initial product, 3) expert evaluation of physical education and expert teaching physical education, as well as the trial I (N=16), 4) revision of the initial product, 5) test II (N=34), 6) a revision of the final product, 7) the results of the final game model SRD (Spider Run Dance). The study population was class VIII public junior high school 1 Dukuhturi. Data in the form of the results of an assessment of the quality of the product, suggestions for product improvement, and the results of the questionnaires by the students. The data collection is done by using questionnaires obtained from the evaluation of experts (one expert and one expert teaching physical education), small-scale trials, and large-scale test. Data analysis technique used is a descriptive percentage to uncover the cognitive, affective and psychomotor students who have used the product. The results of this study is the validation data of the experts and the experts Penjas Learning at the beginning of the product before the test I, the trials I and trials II, the average results of the assessment, namely, experts physical education 80,87% (good) and learning experts 82,19% (good), the tests I obtained the results of the questionnaire the average percentage of the corresponding answer choice 84.99% (good). As for the second test of the questionnaire results in the average percentage corresponding answer choice 89.79% (good). Based on the above results, it can be concluded that the game model SRD (Spider Run Dance) is unfit for learning physical education in achieving physical fitness for students of class VIII public junior high school 1 Dukuhturi. It can be suggested for teachers physical education that game model can be an alternate delivery physical education varied learning and recreation and is expected to maintain the physical fitness of students in the school.Development; SRD games (Spider Run Dance); Learning Physical Fitness.
