Abstract

Pneumonia is an acute infection of the lung tissue (alveoli) and toddlers is a major killer in the world. The importance of repeat visits is to assess the child clinically as fever, assess the nutrient fluid, and breathing. Figures compliance repeat visits in Puskesmas Gubug I Grobogan, 2014 amounted to only 12.25% of the target of 85%. This research is a descriptive analytic research with cross sectional study design, complemented by qualitative studies. The population in this study is the mother of pneumonia patients at the Puskesmas Gubug I. These samples included 45 respondents obtained using total sampling technique. The data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate, and qualitative analysis. From these results it can be concluded that the factor of knowledge (p=0,001), the attitude of the mother (p=0,001), maternal motivation (p=0,001), the cost of treatment (p=0,001), family support (p=0,009), and the role of officers health (p=0,001) had a relationship with adherence revisit pneumonia. The factor of age (p=0,467), education (p=0,722), employment status (p=0,973), family income (p=0,528), and access to health care (p=0,973) did not have a relationship with adherence revisit pneumonia.
