Abstract

Learning Outcomesin class XI IIS SMA N 11 Semarang on economic is not optimalized. Data reported daily test result specific capital market class XI the average value economic students below minimum criteria for completeness. This is due to the students understandingof the material that that is less specialized capital marketand learning models are used. TGT learning model with mopoli game can cultivate an active, cooperation, attitude of responsibility, and encourage students to learn to help each other understand the material being studied, so this model is expected to be effective learning process. This stud aims to determine whether learning by using TGT learning model to improve learning outcomes and more evectively from those of conventional methods on the basis of competence specialized capital market class XI IIS SMA N 11 Semarang Academic Year 2014/2015.This study is an Quasi Experimental Design. This subjectwas done in XI IIS 1 class as experiment class and XI IIS 2 as control class.The data colection method in this study using test, questionnaire, and observation.hypothesis testing in this study using paired samples t-test, and using independent sample t-test .The results obtained in the experimental classand control class a change in learning outcomes. Average learning outcomes in the experimental group to be 89 with a highest score of 96 and 70and the lowest level of mastery to 91,67%, while the control group gained an average of 83,37% with a highest score of 93 and a low of 70 and a level of mastery 85,71%. The conclusion of this research is to study the cooperative model TGT with monopoli game can improve student learning outcomes and more effective learning outcomes of students in the subject of specialty capital market in class XI IIS SMA N 11 Semarang compared to conventional models (lecture). Advice given in this study are economic teachers can use as an alternative learning model Teams Game Tournamentwith monopoli game in selecting teaching strategies economic.
