Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit menular langsung yang disebabkan M. tuberculosis yang menyerang semua usia dan menyebar melalui droplet orang yang telah terinfeksi. Di Dinkes Kabupaten Magelang terdapat permasalahan input dalam sistem surveilans TB yang menyebabkan rendahnya angka CDR (Case Detection Rate) TB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi input sistem surveilans penemuan suspek TB di puskesmas wilayah kerja Dinkes Kabupaten Magelang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan studi evaluasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 informan utama dan 5 informan triangulasi yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara terstruktur dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih terdapat masalah dalam input man, material, dan method dalam program P2TB puskesmas di wilayah kerja Dinkes Kabupaten Magelang. Serta di salah satu puskesmas sasaran penelitian, besar alokasi dana dalam program P2TB tidak cukup. Saran yang peneliti rekomendasikan adalah meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi input man, melengkapi input material, dan memperbaiki input method guna mensukseskan program P2TB puskesmas. At Magelang District Health Office were input problems in TB surveillance system, the low number of CDR (Case Detection Rate) TB. This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the surveillance system input detection of TB suspects in a public health center working area Magelang District Health Office. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with design evaluation studies. Informants in this study consists of 6 main informants and 5 informants triangulation determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques with structured interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed descriptively and presented in narrative form. The results show there was still a problem in the input man, materials, and method in program P2TB public health centers in the region of Magelang District Health Office. In one of public health center of the reseach objectives, funding in P2TB program was not enough. Suggestions researcher recommended is to increase the skills and competence of man inputs, complement material inputs, and method inputs to improve the success of the program P2TB in Public Health Center.
