Abstract

Mutu pelayanan rumah sakit dapat mempengaruhi penilaian dari pasien sebagai customer rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi peserta JKN terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Instalasi Rawat Inap Sa’ad Ibnu Abi Waqqash Rumah Sakit Islam Sunan Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan responden purposive sampling. Responden berjumlah 5 pasien peserta JKN Non-PBI kelas 3, Kepala Rekam Medis, dan Wakil Kepala Perawat. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analisis data deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pengetahuan pasien tentang program JKN terbatas. pasien tidak mengetahui banyak mengenai program JKN. Persepsi pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak rumah sakit, baik pelayanan administrasi, medis, keperawatan, serta penunjang medis sudah baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pelayanan yang diberikan rumah sakit sudah baik. Namun, rumah sakit harus tetap melakukan evaluasi terkait fasilitas yang disediakan, karena hal tersebut menyangkut kenyamanan pasien.Hospital services quality may affect the assessment of hospital patients as customers. Research purposes was to describe the perception of JKN participants for health care in Sa'ad Ibnu Abi Waqqahs Inpatient Unit, Sunan Kudus Islamic Hospital. This study used qualitative research methods with capturing-respondent technique used purposive sampling. Respondents were 5 patients who JKN participants grade 3, a Head of Medical Record, and a Deputy Head of Nursing. Data collection technique used observation and in-depth interviews, then descriptive data analysis and presented in narrative form. The results showed that patients generally did not know to much about JKN program. Patients perception about provided services by the hospital, whether administrative services, medical services, nursing services, medical support services was good. Based on the research result, provided services by the hospital was good. However, the hospital must conduct an evaluation about the facilities, because it was concern the patient's comfort.
