Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah di Kabupaten Kudus masih bertumpu pada pendekatan akhir (end of pipe), yaitu sampah dikumpulkan, diangkut dan dibuang ke tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA). Kehadiran TPA sampah dalam suatu wilayah akan membawa banyak masalah bagi penduduk sekitar dan terhadap kualitas lingkungan apabila TPA sampah tersebut tidak dikelola dengan baik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang bermukim di wilayah pemukiman yang diperkirakan mengalami dampak dengan radius ± 0,5 km dari TPA Tanjungrejo yaitu Dusun Beji Kudur dan Dusun Karanganyar. Sampel berjumlah 123 KK yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan check list. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Pemeriksaan kualitas air di sekitar TPA Tanjungrejo dilakukan di Balai Laboratorium Kesehatan Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Hasil uji laboratorium air leachate TPA Tanjungrejo menunjukkan parameter zat padat tersuspensi, BOD, COD, sisa klor, cadmium, amonia melebihi baku mutu Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah No.05 Tahun 2012. Hasil uji laboratorium air sungai di sekitar TPA menunjukkan semua parameter pada hulu sungai masih berada di bawah baku mutu Peraturan Pemerintah No.82 Tahun 2001 sedangkan pada hilir sungai terdapat beberapa parameter yang melebihi baku mutu yang ditetapkan yaitu parameter zat padat tersuspensi, BOD, COD, Amonia, dan coliform. Hasil uji laboratorium air sungai di sekitar TPA menunjukkan untuk parameter coliform melebihi baku mutu Permenkes No.416/Menkes/Per/XI/1990. Sanitasi dasar pada masyarakat di sekitar TPA Tanjungrejo untuk sarana air bersih yang tidak memenuhi syarat 33,3%, untuk sarana jamban keluarga yang tidak memenuhi syarat 31,7%, sarana pembuangan air limbah yang memiliki risiko kesehatan 83,7%, sarana tempat pembuangan sampah yang memiliki risiko kesehatan 100%. Distribusi rata-rata kepadatan lalat di rumah responden 6 ekor per block grill, Distribusi jentik nyamuk di rumah responden 19,5%, kecoa 59,3%, dan tikus 8,9%. Distribusi gangguan kesehatan pada masyarakat di sekitar TPA Tanjungrejo diare 24,4%, sesak nafas 66,9%, gatal 14,6%, cacingan 1,6%, demam chikungunya 71,5%. Saran yang dapat diajukan kepada Dinas Kesehatan dan Instansi yang Terkait yaitu memantau laju perkembangbiakan vektor penularan penyakit secara rutin dan melakukan pengolahan lebih lanjut untuk memperbaiki kualitas leachate dengan menerapkan sistem pengolahan tambahan seperti aerasi, koagulasi dan desinfeksi. The population in this study is the people who live in residential areas are expected to experience the impact of ± 0.5 km radius of the landfill Tanjungrejo of Hamlet and Hamlet Beji Kudur Karanganyar. Samples totaling 123 households that obtained using simple random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire and check list. Data were analyzed quantitatively. Examination of water quality around the landfill Tanjungrejo Health Laboratory conducted in Central Java Provincial Government. Laboratory test results showed Tanjungrejo landfill leachate water parameters of suspended solids , BOD , COD , residual chlorine , cadmium , ammonia exceeded the quality standard of Central Java Provincial Regulation No.05 of 2012 . Laboratory test results of river water around the landfill shows all parameters in the upstream of the river is still below the standards of Government Regulation No.82 of 2001 , while the downstream river there are several parameters that exceeded the quality standard set of parameters , namely suspended solids , BOD , COD , ammonia , and coliform . Laboratory test results of river water around the landfill showed for coliform exceeded the quality standard parameters Permenkes No.416/Menkes/Per/XI/1990 . Basic sanitation in communities around the landfill Tanjungrejo for water supply that does not meet the requirement of 33.3 % , for household toilets are not eligible 31.7 % , wastewater disposal which has 83.7 % of health risks , means of disposal waste that has health risks 100 % . Distribution of the average density of flies in the house respondents 6 individuals per block grill , Distribution of mosquito larvae in the respondents 19.5 % , cockroach 59.3 % , 8.9 % and mice . Distribution of health problems in communities around the landfill Tanjungrejo diarrhea 24.4 % , 66.9 % shortness of breath , itching 14.6 % , 1.6 % intestinal worms , chikungunya fever was 71.5 % . Based on the research results, suggestions can be submitted to the Department of Health and Related Agencies that monitor the rate of proliferation of flies regularly and perform further processing to improve the quality of leachate treatment system by implementing additional as aeration, coagulation and disinfection.
