Abstract

Kematangan karir siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Ma’arif Nu 1 Cilongok masih rendah. Tingkat keterserapan lulusan SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Cilongok di dunia kerja belum memuaskan. Rata-rata lulusan 3 tahun terakhir yang terserap didunia kerja hanya sekitar 26,95% dari jumlah lulusan. Hal ini disebabkan adanya faktor intern maupun faktor ekstern, diantaranya adalah locus of control internal, locus of control eksternal, efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control internal, locus of control eksternal, efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar terhadap kematangan karir siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Cilongok, Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Cilongok yang berjumlah 83 siswa. Variabel yang diteliti adalah locus of control internal, locus of control eksternal, efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar sebagai variabel bebas dan kematangan karir sebagai variabel terikat. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 5,249 + 0,767X1 - 0,176X2 + 0,404X3 + 0,092X4. Kontribusi pengaruh adalah locus of control internal, locus of control eksternal, efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar terhadap kematangan karir siswa kelas XII Akuntansi SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Cilongok sebesar 85,2%. Pengaruh locus of control internal terhadap kematangan karir sebesar 20,79%, locus of control eksternal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kematangan karir, dan pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kematangan karir sebesar 7,08%, prestasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kematangan karir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh locus of control internal, locus of control eksternal, efikasi diri dan prestasi belajar terhadap kematangan karir siswa SMK. Tetapi secara parsial hanya locus of control internal dan efikasi diri yang berpengaruh terhadap kematangan karir sedangkan locus of control eksternal dan prestasi belajar tidak berpengaruh terhadap kematangan karir. Saran penulis antara lain, siswa sebaiknya memperbaharui informasi mengenai dunia kerja dan membuka pengalaman-pengalaman baru untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir. Guru diharapkan mempunyai sikap yang aktif dan reaktif terhadap kebutuhan siswa dalam kaitannya dengan karir. viii Students career maturity of SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Cilongok grade XII of Accounting is still low. The graduating absorptivity level of SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Cilongok in the job world is not satisfy. The graduating average in 3 years letters that is absorpted in the job world just for about 26, 95% from the amount of the graduates. It is causes the intern factors or extern factors, for example internal locus of control, external locus of control, self efficacy, and learned achievement. This research is aims to determine the influence of internal locus of control, external locus of control, self efficacy, and learned achievement for career maturity students of SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Cilongok grade XII accounting department. The population of this research is students in grade XII accounting department of SMK Ma’arif NU 1 Cilongok that amounts to 83 students. Variable which is researched is internal locus of control, external locus of control, self efficacy, and learned achievement as independent variable and career maturity as dependent variable. Data colleeting method is enquette and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferensial statistical. Based on result of research can be concluded together for the influence of internal locus of control, external locus of control, self efficacy, and learned achievement for career maturity of SMK student’s career maturity. But, parcially only internal locus of control and self efficacy that have influence for career maturity whereas external locus of control and learned achievement don’t have influence for career maturity.
