Abstract

Learning outcomes is something that obtained or achieved by students after joining the teaching and learning activity in schools through evaluations are realized in the form of numbers or letter. Based on the observation result shows that the achievement of learning outcomes of economic in X grades students of SMA Negeri 1 Sulang is still not optimal, because 65% or 131 students obtained the learning outcomes below the Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) that was established by school.There are some factors that influence learning outcomes, in this research the factor which estimated to influence learning outcomes of students are professional competence teacher, facility of learning and motivation of learning. The problem of this research is whether there is an effect of professional competence teacher, facility of learning, and motivation of the economic learning outcomes in X grades of SMA Negeri 1 Sulang Rembang district partially. The population in this research is entire students in X grades of SMA Negeri 1 Sulang with 204 students and the number of the sample are 128 students. The sampling method used probability sampling or sample random sampling. The variabel of this research are learning outcomes (Y) as dependent variable, professional competence teacher (X1), facility of learning (X2) as independent variables and motivation (X3) as intervening variable. Method for collecting data used questionaire, documentation and interview. The method of data analysis used descriptive analysis and structural Equation Modeling (SEM ) used AMOS 18. The result of this research shows that the influence of professional competence teacher and facility of learning to motivation of learning is 85.3%, but the remain of 14.7% is influenced by the other factors outside the research. The influence of motivation of learning and Professional competence teacher to learning outcomes 60.5%, but the remain of 39.5% is influenced by the other factors outside the research. Based on the result of the research, can be concluded that professional competence teacher, facility of learning have positive influence and significant to motivation of learning economic in X grades students of SMA Negeri 1 Sulang. Professional competence teacher and motivatin of learning have positive influence and significant to economic learning outcomes in X grades students of SMA Negeri 1 Sulang. There isn’t the influence of facility of learning to economic learning outcomes in X grades students of SMA Negeri 1 Sulang. The suggestion of this research, the students be able to increas their motivation of learning. The students should be using the available facility for suporting teaching and learning activity, and so the teacher. The teacher should be increasing their professional competence. The facility of learning should be completed for supporting teaching and learning activity.
