Abstract

Guru adalah komponen sekolah yang sangat penting karena berkaitan langsung dengan peserta didik. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, pemerintah mengeluarkan PP No 19 Tahun 2005 yang menjelaskan kemampuan (kompetensi) yang harus dimiliki oleh guru. Hasil observasi di SMK se-Kabupaten Semarang menunjukkan kinerja guru masih kurang optimal. Hal ini dikarenakan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola sekolah masih kurang optimal. Selain itu lingkungan kerja yang terdapat di SMK se- Kabupaten Semarang kurang kondusif. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Semarang, (2) Bagaimana pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Semarang, dan (3) Bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru Akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru mata pelajaran produktif jurusan akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan populasi, sehingga sampel penelitian ini adalah populasi itu sendiri. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kompetensi kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel bebas dan kinerja guru sebagai variabel terikat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan metode dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi ganda. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif persentase menunjukkan 52% kompetensi kepala sekolah dalam kategori cukup baik, 68% lingkungan kerja dalam kategori baik, dan 74% kinerja guru dalam kategori kurang baik. Hasil perhitungan regresi diperoleh persamaan Yˆ = 27,530 + 0,277X1 + 0,410X2. Hasil uji F diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 15,924 dengan signifikansi 0,000<0,05, berarti secara simultan kompetensi kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh simultan sebesar 49,9%. Hasil uji parsial diperoleh thitung untuk variabel kompetensi kepala sekolah sebesar 2,820 dengan signifikansi 0,009<0,05, berarti kompetensi kepala sekolah berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh kompetensi kepala sekolah sebesar 22,09%. Sedangkan thitung untuk variabel lingkungan kerja sebesar 3,386 dengan signifikansi 0,002<0,05, yang berarti lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja sebesar 29,05% Saran yang dapat penulis ajukan berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu : (1) Kepala sekolah hendaknya lebih meningkatkan kompetensinya terutama kompetensi wawasan pendidikan. (2) Guru mata pelajaran produktif jurusan akuntansi hendaknya lebih memotivasi dirinya dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya yang lebih efektif dengan meningkatkan kreativitasnya dalam mengajar. ------------------------------------------------------> Teachers are very important school component because they have direct relation with pupil. The result of observation in all Vocational High Schools in Semarang Regency shows that teacher’s effort still not optimal enough. Beside that, work environment in all vocational High schools in Semarang Regency not conducive enough. The problems in this research are: (1) how head master competence and work environment influence accounting Vocational High School teacher’s effort in Semarang Regency, (2) how head master competence influences Accounting Vocational High School teacher’s effort in Semarang Regency, (3) how work environment influences Accounting Vocational High School teacher’s effort in Semarang Regency. The population in this research is all productive Accounting Department teachers in Vocational High School in Semarang Regency. Population approach research is used in this research, therefore sample in this research is the population itself. Variables in this research include of head master competence and work environment as independent variable and teacher’s effort as dependent variable. Questionnaire and documentary method are used for gathering data. While, descriptive analysis percentage and double regression analysis are used as analysis method. Based on percentage of descriptive analysis showed 52% from head master competence includes in good category, 68% work environment includes in good category, and 74% teacher’s effort includes in good category. The result of regression calculation revealed the equation Yˆ = 27,530+0,277X1+0,410X2. The experimental result of F, the finding revealed that there were significant main effects of head master competence and work environment with teacher’s effort {Fhitung = 15,924; 0,000 (P) <0,05}. The amount of simultaneous coeficient is 0,729 so the amount of simultaneous influenced 49,9%. The finding of parsial experiment revealed t for headmaster competence variable is 2,820 with significantly 0,009 < 0,05 it mean headmaster competence had significant main effects on teacher’s effort. The amount of parsial corelation coefficient of headmaster competence influenced 22,09% meanwhile, t for work environment variable is 3,386 with significantly 0,002 < 0,05 it meant work environment had significant main efforts on teacher’s effort. The amount of parsial corelation coefficient of work environment is 0,470 so the amount of work environment influenced 29,05%. Based on the findings the writer suggest: (1) headmaster shoul more increase his competence expecially education consept competence. (2) produktive accounting teachers should more motivate theirselves to do their duty and their responsible so it can be more effective by developing their creativity in teaching.
